We offer two styles of CNC machining. We offer CNC mill work, and we offer CNC lathe work. To the left you can see the machines we use.

You have first our HAAS TM-3P milling center. This machine has a 6000rpm spindle allowing for excellent finishes. With a 10 pocket tool changer, it helps with our run time allowing for more tools to be programmed with-in the set-up. It has a travel range of 40" in the X-axis, and 20" in the Y-axis, thus allowing for larger material to be machined

Secondly we have our HAAS SL-10 lathe, with a Servo Bar 300 attachment. The Servo Bar 300 is the key to this amazing machine. With the Servo Bar, which will feed up to 1.75" material, we can run a lights out operation if needed for a job. Once machined is programmed, all material loaded onto the bar feeder, will be ran until programmed to stop.  This will allow us to perform high production runs, that would normally takes weeks, and turn that into days. With the option to change over from our 5C collet system to a chuck, we can run up to 6.5" material with the chuck.

In our Fabrication Department we offer many different types of fabrication work. We offer:

• Welding (Aluminum and Metal) TIG, MIG, and Spot (Resistance)
• Sheet Metal Bending
• CNC Plasma Cutting

We provide I wide selection of machine parts and accesories to supply the textile industry. Some of our parts and accessories are:

• Needle Plates (a.k.a Throw Plates or Base Plate)
• Mending Guns (Standard, Hi-Lo, Tri-Nap, and Wobble Feed)
• Needle Plate Wires
• Blade Block, Blade Block Pullers
• etc..
